We are all looking forward to the London 2012 Olympics this year. We think there is something in the air as everybody seems to be getting into the spirit. In March one of our clients and support workers ran the sport relief mile at Newstead Abbey raising £120. Well done John and Nigel, we’re proud of you. We have to say a huge congratulations to Debbie who ran the London Marathon in a very impressive time of 4 hours and 31 mins. This is not all she has done either, she has already taken part in the Tipton Aquathon and the Stafford half marathon in March, and has plenty still to go including the Edinburgh marathon on 27th May. Debbie is doing this to raise money to help set up a charity (all4Jayden) to raise awareness of Shaken Baby Syndrome(SBS). A website www.all4jayden.co.uk is already live providing information, advice plus explaining the signs and symptoms of SBS. If you would like to support & sponsor Debbie to help other innocent children suffering from SBS or any kind of neglect or abuse please visit the website.
