Senior Case Manager - Doncaster
After qualifying as a registered nurse (RN1) Jo spent over six years working with people who had acquired brain injuries and other long term neurological conditions, as well as those who are physically disabled, had mental health needs and people with dementia. Jo joined AKA in September 2013.
Jo has completed management study including the ‘Royal College of Nursing’s Clinical Leadership Programme’ and is also an Advanced Registered Practitioner member of the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM).
Jo loves a good laugh and enjoys being among others who laugh…… A LOT!
You will however, find Jo enjoying her weekends in Scarborough taking in one or two beers or spending time with those closest to her mulling over the week with the music on shuffle.
We asked Jo a few questions to get to to know her better:
1. What 3 items would you take on a desert island?
My face, the alexa and a well-stocked bar
2. If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Invisibility so I can listen in (I’m nosy)
3. Who would play you in a film about your life?
Dawn French or Jennifer Saunders because they’re pretty crazy too.
