Nurse/Support Worker/Carer (Prenton)

Job Title: Nurse/Support Worker/Carer

Location: Prenton

Salary: Starting at £14 per hour upwards negotiable on experience

Hours: 24-hour cover required, 12 hour day/waking night shifts and short shifts. Part time/variable hours to cover annual leave, family holidays and sickness.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people with a positive outlook to support and to teamwork. You will be required to care for our 19-year-old male client, in his home, education setting and out and about within the area. Complex care experience preferable, training will be given to the right person. If you are a reliable and motivated person with a passion to care and would like to support, please apply. DUTIES:

Your duties will include:

Assisting fully with all activities of daily living
Provide personal care.
Good communication essential
Follow physiotherapy plan

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications: Qualified nurse/NVQ level 3 preferred, but not essential.

Experience: Complex care preferred.

Skills:

Flexibility, team working, excellent communication, understands professional boundaries. You will be required to support in the home, education settings and community. If you are a reliable and motivated person with a passion to care and would like to support this lovely young man, please apply.
