Emma started working at AKA in October 2013 after working in care for eight years where she helped people with their day to day living needs. Alongside her work, Emma has completed NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as well as NCFE Level 2 in Handling of Medicines and Equality & Diversity and becoming a team leader for over 4 years. Emma then developed her knowledge by completing Level 4 in Lead Practitioner in Adult Care and is now starting her journey as assistant case manager.
Emma is a sociable person and there’s nothing she enjoys more than spending time with her children and grandchildren. Emma enjoys life watching her daughter playing football or even playing it herself, being happy is what Emma is all about.
