Amidst the office move, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) undertook an inspection visit.
The Regulator for Health and Social Care checked everything thoroughly and spoke to staff, clients and their relatives. She reported that they were very complimentary saying “…I can’t think of anything that needs improving…” and, “AKA look after us really well… it’s an excellent company to work for…” We are proud to announce that CQC have awarded us full marks, 5 ticks out of 5 for our service provision.
